Moving In or Out

Moving?

Inform Hydro Hawkesbury Inc. about your move to ensure electricity service to your new home is ready when you move in, or that your account is updated when you move out. If you are moving in you need to come to our office located at 850 Tupper St. to complete the required documentation.

An Account Set-up Charge will be applied to your first bill. It covers the cost of opening a new account, and amending records.

If you are moving into or out of a property, you must contact Hydro Hawkesbury Inc.; a minimum of 10 business days in advance.

This notice is required in order to ensure that your account is updated as required. If you move without notifying Hydro Hawkesbury Inc., you will be liable for the account until notice of your move is received.

CANADA POST STRIKE

Avoid any billing interruptions by switching to Paperless. You’ll receive your bill directly in your inbox.

You can register online to our portal to access the link, go to Home - Hydro Hawkesbury

Click on Login and Sign Up.   Click on Sign Up Now and follow the instructions.
